Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Washington Health Care Facilities Authority (the “Authority”) is seeking comment on potential revisions to Authority rules WAC 247-02 and WAC 247-16 regarding issues such as meeting participation, application content, and processing of applications for financial assistance. These revisions are designed to promote a more effective and efficient means of participation at Authority meetings, as well as more efficient and effective processing of applications for financial assistance.
The Authority is also repealing WAC 247-12 in its entirety and replacing it with new sections that align with the state’s model rules for administration of public records.
The Authority is holding a public hearing on March 20, 2024 at 10:00 am PT where you will have an opportunity to provide comments regarding these proposed rule modifications. The public hearing will be conducted via Zoom:
